LatinoFest first held in 1980, is an annual celebration of Hispanic culture, music, food and art held in the heart of Baltimore's Latino community, Patterson Park. This event is supported by numerous corporate sponsorships as well as local contributors. Volunteers are crucial to the success of this main fundraising event that supports all of EBLO's educational programs
In August 2006, LatinoFest expanded and now is in Baltimore County in Heritage Park in Dundalk MD. This year LatinoFest Baltimore County will be on Saturday, August 21, 2010. La Plaza Hispana at The Fells Point Fun Festival will be held in the 500 blk of Broadway on Saturday and Sunday, October 2 and 3, 2010
EBLO continues to celebrate Hispanic culture, music and art at all three of these festivals always with the idea that by sharing our culture we expand understanding and an awareness of the richness and diversity of our community.
